Tak tahu harus mengeluh di mana, pria yang bernama Gus Dolding membuat sebuah puisi bersajak di Facebook miliknya. Ia mengeluhkan tentang pelayanan yang ia dapat karena memesan tiket dari pemesanan tiket online Kiwi.com, seperti yang diintip dari berbagai sumber, Senin (12/3/2018).
